Servervault & NWSync
Auldwyn uses a server vault - your characters live on our server, not your local install. NWSync is enabled, so all custom content and haks download automatically the first time you connect. No manual installs required.
Making a character
All races, classes and alignments are welcome. New characters typically begin in Aucklorn Vale. See the peoples of Auldwyn and the pantheon for inspiration, or use IronWaffle's Character Builder to plan ahead.
Open the Character Builder →Server rules
Roleplay is encouraged, not enforced, and all play styles are welcome. Full rules on death, PvP and character conduct are covered in the FAQ.
